Letter to Walter Reed
Excerpts from a
Letter to Walter Reed
April 28, 2006
I am not sure if you are aware that I have had multiple
conversations with law enforcement regarding the deaths of Margaret Coon and
Lynn Nunez. I strongly feel
there is a common tie in these cases.
An assistant district attorney in your office, was
involved in the investigation of Margaret’s death.
He had access to the crime scene and all evidence. Law enforcement and a member of the judicial acknowledge that
items are missing from this secure file; which he was in a position to
manipulate. This ADA and Margaret
both had bi-sexual lives, which law enforcement is aware of.
When this attorney first started his practice, he
maintained an office on the courthouse alley.
I specifically remember him reciting an article relating to
the use of a knife to kill. It was
odd to say the least as I walked into his office as he was reading. I tried to speak and he started reading aloud and would not
allow me to interrupt until he finished the article. You would have thought he was rehearsing for a stage play.
The revelation of a tie in these murders occurred to me when a relative
of Lynn’s asked me who could help them with the case.
Lynn’s sons visited with me, and I found their suspicions equal.
They were afraid to voice their concern.
Being a court reporter, Lynn was well versed on the judicial affairs of this judge. She maintained no respect for him, as related by her closest friend. These are just a few of the common ties that I am aware of.
I would like to speak with you on this subject in private if you find any merit or interest. Not only do I see a tie in these open cases, I know this man better than most, and maybe even better than you. I think he is one of the most devious people I have ever run across in my life. He certainly had a major part in the destruction of my family. He wanted to squelch my credibility, as he was afraid of my knowledge.
