I think that a review of
Greens cases that involve children should take place soon. Maybe someone
with some free time on their hands could go to the courthouse and do a
"survey" of how many MEN Judge Green awarded child custody to.
After all, its public record right? How many MEN were found in contempt of
court by this judge, but not punished or fined? Lets start with a tally of
his cases, and move forward with our complaints from there. Who knows,
maybe Dateline or 20/20 or Lifetime or Geraldo might actually be interested in
this.
Answer: Dateline is already monitoring the site.

There is one thing that bothers me about the outside theory. Her dog was evidently very protective. At the crime scene no one could get close enough to her body to investigate the crime. Either an idiot, or someone who WANTED evidence destroyed ordered the fire truck to spray the dog.
I can't help but feel that the dog knew the killer and allowed he or she to approach Margaret. Answer: I fully agree! He allowed the approach, and defensive when the killer returned. This case reeks of manipulation!

Two murders have been
forgotten for too many years. Both victims were public employees.
In
Coon's case it is the ultimate injustice. She worked daily to prosecute
criminals, yet her killer is free to this day.

The EMTs on the fire department rescue unit were called by the police at the
same time an ambulance was summoned. The fire department personnel arrived
prior to the ambulance and attempted to approach Coon to assess her. The
dog prevented anyone from approaching so a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher was
used to subdue the dog. A fire engine was not on the scene and water was
not used . . .only CO2. It is odorless, colorless, and is very cold.
That is why the dog was "stunned" allowing EMTs and paramedics to
assess her.

Green is acting in an unethical and biased
manner. Surely law enforcement and the judicial system will see this and act
appropriately. I know that if St. Tammany even thinks that a
"civilian" has broken the law they throw the book at them.
Why should

My children have not forgotten. They say it's the spouse who is bitter and can't let go, but this is an excuse to ignore the truth. For a judge it's a matter of seconds on the bench, but for an ex-spouse it's years of pain. For the child it never ends. It's a breech of trust by authority. It is an abandonment by the system. You will never be whole again. Who can they trust? Certainly not the judge, nor the system that monitors him?
We ask, what
happened to our youth, why do they turn to drugs or fail to reach
their goals?
Judges like Green provide a crack in the system, letting the guilty go unpunished.
The parents are left without a solid model to help raise their
children. The children have no faith in the system. Our children
need to know the system works for healing and for the future. Green
has devastated the concepts of the Judiciary!

Hate to disappoint the moms out there.
They are not the only one disgusted with Green. My ex-wife left the
state. My children were here with me enrolled in school.. In the
summer of 2003 they visited their mother. I received a phone message five
days before school advising that she wasn't returning the children. I
tried repeatedly to contact them but she wouldn't let them speak or allow them
to contact my family. When brought before Green's court she said it was
her attorney's advice. At the custody hearing, and much to my dismay, all
was ignored and I was told that I was going to be given the chance to be a
better father. I still contact my children every day. Still play by
the rules, and still hope that one day Judge Green will not be on the bench so
that I may change the injustice he has imposed.

Judge Green has empowered the father to a point that he believes he is invincible. Now, the child has no respect for the mother. It is a shame because once the bond is lost in the tender young years, it is difficult if not impossible to regain.

he can gain from parties in his courtroom. It's people like him who

It's not the fact that he's gay.
I have no
problems w/ his lifestyle- it's the fact that he's deceitful about it and has
affairs w/ men on his docket giving them absolution from any abuse -- HE IS
HURTING OUR CHILDREN and destroying families while hiding his lifestyle. He
lives a lie and as they say- ONE LIE ALL LIES... I can't trust Green, have no
respect for him and IMO should not be on the bench.
