I'm a former neighbor and present friend of Tim Young. I witnessed his arrest for "judge stalking" and attended his trial. Even though I have no evidence to bolster any legal action against Judge Green (other than I know the "stalking car" was long gone before the incident that Green testified in court of Tim parked across from his house), I'm available for any background information.

I did serve Judge Green with civil suit papers on the behalf of Mr. Young, and the judge threatened me with arrest. I was a licensed private investigator.

I would be more than willing to help validate the abuse that I've observed in Larry Green's courtroom.

Burns,

Burns, you have guts! Green should have been defrocked years ago. He tried to come on to me in a bar one night a long time ago and no telling what he wants to do those deputies. He has hurt a lot of people with his uppity attitude and I know he would be on the side of a man with a sock in his pants. I admire your ability to bring this public. He is nothing but a big queer. Good luck!

Rusty,

I saw you "fishing" on the Covington Forum....well, here's a nibble!!

I was born and raised in Covington. Lynn Nunez was one of my best friends since age six. A few days after becoming aware of and excited by your Larry Green Site I was visited by an old friend from Covington. When I asked her what she thought about it, she was unaware and when I mentioned Brady Fitzsimmons she said "WHAT
She told me that one reason she stopped by was to tell me that the week before she heard that Fitzsimmons was interrogated by the FBI regarding Lynn's and Kuhn's cases. Interesting or not?

I have always believed that Lynn's murder was related to her job and courthouse relations. I admire you for having the courage to speak out. The wrong goose's feathers have been ruffled and you are honking and nipping! Keep up the
good job as there are not enough men in today's society who possess the courage and determination of our fore-fathers.

I don't know much, but if I can be of assistance I am willing. I just can't help but hope that we are a bit closer to seeing justice in Lynn's death. This may not be safe, but WHATEVER!!

I still have a law suit against him!

So, Whats next

But, is his competence really being questioned? I bet you , as I type this he is on the bench. Today. Right now. I wonder how many moms will lose custody of their children today because Green is biased, or how many dads lose custody of their children because maybe the dad doesn't meet Greens sexual preference standard. Huh. We should all think about that.

Clinical Social Worker

Fri, 6 Apr 2007 6:18 AM

I am an independent clinical social worker. What I have witnessed in the last year and a half within his court and within the OCS system has caused me great concern. I am to say the least, very concerned in that my perception, as well as many attorneys and clinical "outsiders" or social workers outside of the system, that this particular judge is causing extreme harm to families and their children by his outrageous unprofessional conduct and absurd renderings within the juvenile court system. He repeatedly denies due process, reinforces the incompetence and brutally controlling behavior of the OCS agency and most importantly, seems to make decisions that are extremely contraindicated to the welfare of the children.

People can not continue to ignore this kind of behavior this man does not appear to be a lame duck to the contrary, he appears to be causing a great deal of harm to our most vulnerable children and parents, causing damage to countless lives of people who have very little ability to fight.

Why is it so difficult

4/18/07 12:04 ET

Why is it so difficult for people to understand that innocent people are losing their children. Having them ripped away from mommy or daddy because a judge decides he is above the law. Because he feels "empowered" by getting away with sexual abuse, he gets away with making horrible, unethical judicial decisions. Its impossible to have the judiciary commission review a judges cases, a judges bad ethics and decisions. Its great that people are coming forward.

To Judiciary Commission

You have a blundering homosexual fool on the bench and you guys don't have the guts to do anything about it.
What this lady is describing is criminal and a sin before God! You are only aiding Green's incompetence, and endorsing his twisted reasoning.

Rusty,

That is tough, It is unfortunate that you had that happen and even more unfortunate that this man is still allowed to "serve" on the bench.  Since you have not been sued for libel, the testimony stands pretty effective.
My condolences.  Natchez, Mississippi

Judge Green tolerates child abuse in St. Tammany

Judge Green was adamant and clearly verbalized his only interest was the father's rights.  The judge spoke to the children but did not let them speak.  The judge edict to the children was, you will visit your father and you will enjoy it.  Several people sitting in the courtroom commented on the judge's behavior.  It appeared obvious to witnesses that the judge was sending the message that women and children have no rights in St. Tammany.  According to judge Green this father has exclusive rights and in this case negating any and all abuse reported. Judge Green tolerates child abuse in St. Tammany.

why don't all of the unfortunate people that have been affected by this jackass
take up a collection and put HIS PICTURE, and your stories, on a public
billboard in a place so that he AND HIS associates have to drive by EVERY SINGLE
DAY OF THEIR LIVES. Put your website on it as well.

Well the man is insane and I hope that he is punished for all of his wrong doings.
I hope that justice does prevail.

Did you see this?  What do you think?

5/8/07 22:01 ET

No one walking this earth is perfect. I don't even care if the judge is gay or not. But forcing himself onto another person, let alone a 16 year old, is just wrong. Predators like that seek out positions of power and that's what this is looking like. Shame on him.
