You need an education about what sexual abuse does to a child or even teenager. Even adults for that matter. What I read on Rusty's site was typical of what happens, especially when the victim is a male teenager. They are targeted because they are the LEAST likely to tell! They are the MOST likely to act like 'everything is okay.' For years. Sometimes for a lifetime. I think it took a lot of guts for him to come forward. Hopefully he can find some peace now. Most people recognize that that type of experience causes the child to act out in other destructive ways, so he shouldn't be afraid to talk. It's that fear and shame that gives predators even more power. Do you really want to be party to that judge's evil?

he was nasty when he was my judge in my divorce proceeding in 1986 and he is still nasty in 2007 and gives me the willies, especially after seeing that videotape of him behind closed doors in action at work, doing what he was known for doing best!!!

Answer: "NO", Larry is hiding behind his robe.
Leroy Young sent his letter certified mail, and never received the return receipt.
I understand he is sending another. Green needs to honestly acknowledge the request.

Answer: Failure of both Green and the judiciary commission to act responsibly.

Answer: Everything was brought to the attention of the Judiciary Commission (proper authorities).
They declined jurisdiction. In essence, they don't care if he is a homosexual.
I think their response is deplorable. Green is using his sexual preference in his decision process,
hurting and destroying many families in this community.

In remembering Lynn Vessier Nunez, I think of her kindness, amicable personality, and ability to face problems and hardships with absolute resolution. She was opinionated and had no fear of voicing her position on any issue.

Everyone I have spoken with about Lynn in the past nine years feels that her murder stemmed from or came directly from her job and or personal relations at the courthouse and judicial system. It was her "inside" knowledge that she paid the ultimate price for.

I strongly feel that there are others who have information that would be helpful in solving this case. Why will you not come forward? Are you frightened? Feel threatened? Or, are you simply lacking courage and conviction? How did the murderer know that she would be attending a wedding in N.O. that night and where she would be going afterward? Please examine your heart and come forward. Thank you.

In reference to the case of the murdered Assistant District Attorney Margaret Coon; Wasn't she considering pursuing a Judgeship? And . . . . If my memory serves me correctly, Brady Fitzsimmons was with the D.A.'s office during the same time frame and did indeed successfully run for Judge. Hmmmm, thought provoking isn't it? Answer: not only was he an Assistant District Attorney, I understand he was the Criminal Division Chief. Supposedly, he cancelled grand jury when the body was found (Times Picayune) and was on scene to assist the Sheriff's office investigation. A fire truck destroyed the crime scene driving up to the body, spraying her defensive dog and much more. A guard was placed in front of her apartment whom allowed a contract maid to enter and completely "sanitize" the apartment from fingerprints; cleaning all glassware, tabletops, and pot-plants. Margaret's body arrived at the hospital with her clothes inside out! And yet. . . . No Body Knows Anything! Amazing. . . . Just Amazing! Somebody knows a great deal . . . I wonder if that person lives in Montana?

Absurd that A public figure such as an Assistant DA can be murdered 20 yrs. ago and it appears to have been a moot issue until recently. Why have there been no leads? Why was evidence treated so carelessly? Come on, we are not dealing with the Keystone Cops here, we are dealing with intelligent professionals who know how to conduct and investigation.

Citizens wake up! This smells rotten even to the simplest of us. There was another unsolved murder from the Courthouse, Lynn Nunez in March of 1998. Of course she was murdered in New Orleans. How convenient! They can blame thugs or drug addicts for that one. By the way, her murder is also unsolved! Talk it up people!

My kids are also victims of Judge Green's court. My 3 year old and 1 year old were taken away from me 12 years ago and given to my ex husband who is also a practicing St. Tammany attorney. My ex's attorney was David Paddison who has been linked many times to unethical behavior with Judge Green. My ex had never helped with the raising of my kids and I was a stay at home mom. I had also pressed battery charges against my ex with the sheriffs department but the report that I filed mysteriously disappeared from the record. Imagine that!!!

This judge will never know the pain that he has caused my children and family. They are teenagers now but still suffer from the damage that was done when they were ripped away from their mother and given to the dad who was always working and left the childcare up to a baby sitter. How a man with this much power can still be destroying lives is unbelievable to me. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars to fight for my kids. It should not have to come to this. We as tax paying citizens should have a voice as to the continuing of this judges path of destruction in our town. He needs to pay dearly and all of these children that he has harmed should have their day in his court room to let him know how he has destroyed their lives; All of his rulings should be reversed and re-heard by someone who can give both a moral and ethical ruling. If my memory serves me correctly, that DA had a friend that left town shortly after the murder. Surely, they could have tracked her down by now to question her.

I remember that morning that she was murdered clearly. Of course, I did not realize there was a murder when I left my home to go to the McDonalds in Mandeville to get myself some breakfast that morning. I think it was around 6AM as I was getting onto 22 from where I lived. I found there was no traffic on Hwy 22 either way, except one car that was traveling quite fast towards Mandeville.

I really like to know who would do that to her. What type of person would use a knife? It was a very vicious kill, and I agree that the killer must be caught.

Response: Here is an excerpt from a letter written to Walter Reed, April 28, 2006,
"I specifically remember Brady reciting an article relating to the use of a knife to kill. It was odd to say the least as I walked into his office as he was reading. I tried to speak, and he started reading aloud and would not allow me to interrupt until he finished the article. You would have thought he was rehearsing for a stage play."

I cannot tell you the relief that I felt when I saw the website. It finally all made sense. I knew that my ex husband was "in" with the judge and Mr. Paddison but I never really knew how deep. This is finally the proof that I needed to fit all the missing pieces together. It is beginning to all catch up to him as my kids are older and have started to ask questions.

Please continue what you are doing for I know once you open up this line of communication it will blossom into something really great.

I have really been looking for these answers for so long and I am hoping that I can finally get a full nights rest for the first time in 12 years tonight. Not that it will ever take away the daily ache in my heart that I feel for my kids but it just reinforces the fact that I did nothing to deserve this.

Margaret Coon was murdered by mistake! She was mistaken for the current lover of a notorious northshore lesbian who lived within walking distance of the murder scene. And, yes, the murderer was a female!!!!!

So many times, I've lost track. Most recently about 2 weeks before Katrina. The "Cold Case" investigator for the STPSD at the time has apparently been dismissed from the force. Did he get too close??? P.S. I've reported it many times to Canulette's office, Strain's office and the office of Walter Reed. They don't want to know the truth.

I knew Margaret Coon personally. Her murder was a complete shock to me and it remained a mystery for many years. An unrelated case revealed facts to me neither the DA's office nor the STPSD wish to pursue for reasons known only to them. They know how to contact me if they wish to. Repeated requests for a Grand Jury investigation calling key witnesses under oath have fallen on deaf ears for 15 years.

This man is dangerous and is doing great harm to the kids in St. Tammany.

Everything on Rusty's web site is the truth and anyone that has been involved with the judicial system in St. Tammany for any length of time know that. Just start asking around and you will be amazed at how many kids this judge has given to the fathers which are the preference of this judge.

This judge has hurt more children than you can imagine. The truth needs to get out about the corruption in his courtroom. If you are not in his circle you can forget fair treatment. He needs to step down NOW!!!
