This judge is ripping innocent children from loving homes. Before I didn't care if he was gay. 
Now I do, because now I understand why he took my children away. 
His sexual preference decided our custody case.

It's not the fact that he's gay. 
I have no problems w/ his lifestyle- it's the fact that he's deceitful about it and has affairs w/ men on his docket giving them absolution from any abuse -- HE IS HURTING OUR CHILDREN and destroying families while hiding his lifestyle. He lives a lie and as they say- ONE LIE ALL LIES... I can't trust Green, have no respect for him and IMO should not be on the bench.

You need an education

You need an education about what sexual abuse does to a child or even teenager. Even adults for that matter. What I read on Rusty's site was typical of what happens, especially when the victim is a male teenager. They are targeted because they are the LEAST likely to tell! They are the MOST likely to act like 'everything is okay.' For years. Sometimes for a lifetime. I think it took a lot of guts for him to come forward. Hopefully he can find some peace now. Most people recognize that that type of experience causes the child to act out in other destructive ways, so he shouldn't be afraid to talk. It's that fear and shame that gives predators even more power. Do you really want to be party to that judge's evil?

No one walking this earth is perfect. I don't even care if the judge is gay or not. But forcing himself onto another person, let alone a 16 year old, is just wrong. Predators like that seek out positions of power and that's what this is looking like. Shame on him.
